2026 Prom Shop

Our prom, graduation and formal closet is aimed at all gendered students in southeastern pa who qualify for our services at no cost. Watch social media for our pop-up shops around prom time! To inquire about our formal attire, please email us at kitsklosetpxv@gmail.com.

2026 Shop hours will vary from week to week but will run from March 5th-May 9th 2026.

Southeastern Pennsylvania area middle school and high school students who are on free and reduced lunch, SNAP, TANF, facing disaster, homelessness, migrant, or in foster care.  

*Qualification of students is not limited to the above clients. Kit's Kloset reserves the right to qualify students based on situational need as well. We also reserve the right to deny any client misusing our program. Please reach out if you are unsure if you qualify. 

Please bring any supporting documentation that demonstrates need if you are not a current Kit's Kloset Client. Documentation can include a note from a Teacher or Guidance Councilor.

*Please note that Kit's is running low on appropriately sized suits. Please email Kit's kloset before booking your appointment if you are looking for a suit. We may need to send you to one of our supporting retailers instead of hosting you at our shop.

*If you are in need of an appointment outside of our open appointment times, please email us at KitsklosetPXV@gmail and we can find a time that works for your student. 

*Prom is set up in a different part of the Ann's Heart Campus to support ADA accommodations. We are set up in the church structure at 146 Church street in Phoenixville. You should see a sign on the door of the Church when you arrive.

*Our booking system is new. It is imperfect. Please watch for communication via email from us for confirmation with in 24 hours of booking your appointment.
