Donation Guidelines

On behalf of Kit’s Kloset, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation to our organizations. Your contribution is more than a donation – it's a bridge to socioeconomic equality for students in the Southeastern Pa region. Your support plays a crucial role in our collaborative effort to ensure that no student in our community goes without items needed to participate in major milestone events within the district and beyond. It's because of contributions like yours that we can step in during critical times when other resources are unavailable, offering immediate, tangible assistance to those in need.

Thank you for considering a donation to Kit's Kloset. Our donation guidelines have changed for 2026 due to space restrictions.

Unfortunately, Bridesmaid and Mother of the Bride dresses will no longer be accepted unless preapproved by Kit's Kloset.  The reality is, only about 20% of these special occasion dresses make good prom dresses. Please email us at KitsklosetPXV@gmail to verify your dress and schedule your donation.

Heavily stained or fabric worn items: We define these items as having large areas stained by dark syrupy (red, blue, brown) drinks or excessive fabric pilling, pulling or tearing.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept previously worn socks, underwear, bras or excessively worn/water logged shoes. 

Yes, we accept shoes and accessories! Items should not be excessively worn or fabric worn.
